Who handles the data
TapYes. Contact for anything about your data: privacy@gettapyes.com.
What we keep
Your email, your form answers (type of business, team size, no-shows per week, where your calendar is, plan of interest), the page and campaign you came from, your approximate country and the date. To stop abuse we keep an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address for 24 hours, never the IP itself.
What for
To let you know when access opens, to give you early access and to understand which businesses are most interested. We don't send third-party advertising or sell your data.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before.
How long
Until the end of early access and at most 12 months after TapYes opens. If you create an account, the app's Terms and Privacy Policy apply.
Where
In a Cloudflare database restricted to the European Union. Cloudflare hosts the site and acts as a processor.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: just email privacy@gettapyes.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies. When we switch on the Meta pixel to measure our ads, it will only load after you accept in the notice on screen.
